As people age, they may require assistance to maintain their independence or quality of life. Our programs for older adults provide a variety of services to help seniors stay strong, well, and independent. Our experienced care managers afford consistent care, ease transitions, and create a vibrant support team for seniors and their families.
If you are over 60, or younger and disabled, we offer home-based care management, counseling, education, information and resource referrals. The programs include:
Geriatric Counseling helps seniors live independently with dignity and an improved quality of life.
ElderVention provides prevention education programs at senior centers throughout the Valley to increase socialization and improve quality of life through peer support.
Jewish Partners for Senior Care is a private-pay senior care management program that connects older adults with a variety of social and community supports. Our compassionate and experienced professional staff creates a personal care plan that speaks to your specific home care needs to maintain a quality of life at a maximum level of independence.
